What if I don't receive a tax bill?
A bill is generated and mailed for payment each year. You are responsible for payment even if you do not receive the bill.

Reasons for not receiving a tax bill include mailing the bill to the incorrect address (make sure you keep your address current with this office). The tax bill could have gotten lost in the mail. Also, if the property was bought after January 1, the bill goes to the owner as of the 1st of the year.
