For those who wish to be informed when we record documents containing certain names, the Iredell County Register of Deeds office offers a free notification service through the Property Check program. These documents include:
- Assumed Name Certificates
- Cancellations/Satisfaction Instruments
- Deeds of Trust
- Deeds
- Plats
- Powers of Attorney
