Increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacities in this high intensity interval class. All out extreme intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest and done for multiple rounds.
These classes alternate weeks.
Step Aerobics - Using an exercise step, you will progress through choreographed routines that bring your heart rate up and get you sweating.
Circuit - A circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations.

Push past your current strength level by using various strength training methods. Every level of fitness is welcome as the class is modified to meet your needs.

Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.
Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball.
A chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Creating a fun upbeat class that takes you out of the box and challenges your preconceived limitations. Students will build strength flexibility and balance while cultivating a joy in their practice that they can take with them off the mat and into other aspects of their life.

This intense class works on improving your strength and endurance. Meets outdoors when weather is good and on the court when weather is poor.
